1. Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification.
Orders received before 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
In case of any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you via the contact information provided during the checkout process.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.

3. Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the package, destination, and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
We offer the following shipping methods:

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is available for all orders over INR 1000.
No shipping charges will apply for eligible orders.

Standard Shipping:

For orders below INR 1000, shipping costs will apply based on weight.
The shipping rates for standard shipping are as follows:

For the first 1000 grams (1kg) or less, the shipping cost is INR 50.
For every additional 500 grams (0.5kg) or part thereof, an additional shipping cost of INR 50 will be charged.
The maximum weight limit for orders is 5kg.

Expedited Shipping:

For orders below INR 1000, shipping costs will apply based on weight.
The shipping rates for expedited shipping are as follows:

For the first 1000 grams (1kg) or less, the shipping cost is INR 70.
For every additional 500 grams (0.5kg) or part thereof, an additional shipping cost of INR 70 will be charged.
The maximum weight limit for orders is 5kg.

Please note that the shipping rates mentioned above are subject to change. The most accurate and up-to-date shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process on our website.

Ensure that your customers are aware of the increased minimum order value of Rs. 1000 to qualify for free shipping and that the updated information is clearly communicated during the checkout process.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
You can also track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” section on our website and entering your tracking number.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
