One-Year Buyback Guarantee – Policy and Terms 2023

Eligibility:

Our one-year buyback guarantee applies exclusively to products listed under this policy on Mobicom.co.in. You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice, to initiate a return under this guarantee. The guarantee is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via phone, email, or our online portal within the one-year guarantee period. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN). The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Refund:

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility, we will process a refund of the purchase price (excluding tax and shipping charges), minus a processing fee of 2% of the product’s price. The refund amount will be adjusted to account for the processing fee. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. Please note that any promotional discounts or coupons used during the purchase will not be refunded. In any circumstances, the maximum compensation for a returned product will be limited to the original purchase price.

Exclusions:

The buyback guarantee does not cover products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties. Custom-made products or personalized items cannot be returned under the buyback guarantee, unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance in such cases. Physical damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions is not covered under the buyback guarantee. Products that have been subjected to extreme environmental conditions, improper storage, or excessive wear and tear may not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of such returns on a case-by-case basis.

By utilizing the buyback guarantee, you agree to relinquish all rights to the returned product, and it becomes the property of Mobicom.co.in. Any personal data or information stored on the product should be backed up and removed before returning it to us. Mobicom.co.in reserves the right to adjust the processing fee percentage at its discretion, and such changes will be updated in this policy from time to time. This guarantee is in addition to any other rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. This policy is applicable exclusively to products listed under this policy on Mobicom.co.in and does not apply to all products available on our website.
